Overview

This website is operated by Dark Ecko Gaming ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site, placing an order, or purchasing a break spot, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or orders for items listed with an incorrect price or description. Orders cancelled by Dark Ecko Gaming are refunded in full. Products are offered while supplies last, and quantities may be limited.

Product Information

We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately, including card condition. Condition grades (Near Mint, Lightly Played and so on) are our good-faith assessment. Graded cards are sold as graded by the grading company shown. Colors and details may vary slightly from photos.

Live Breaks, Break Spots, Mystery Packs and Pull Boxes

Break spots, mystery packs and pull boxes are purchases of sealed product, or a share of sealed product, that is opened live on our YouTube or Twitch streams. Each listing describes what is being opened and how spots or contents are assigned. The cards found in sealed product vary and are not guaranteed. Results are shown on stream, and stream recordings are the record of what was opened. If a break is postponed, your spot carries over to the rescheduled stream. If we cancel a break, your spot will be refunded in full.

Shipping and Storage

Shipping is purchased separately when you are ready to ship, as described in our Shipping Policy. Items held for more than 6 months without paid shipping or an agreed hold arrangement are treated as described in the Shipping Policy, including the $5 storage fee for every 30 days held past 6 months. We are not responsible for untracked mail that is lost. Import fees, customs duties, tariffs and taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds once an item has been opened or shipped, except for unique circumstances and solely at the discretion of Dark Ecko Gaming. Cancellation requests made before an item has been opened or shipped may be honored at our discretion; buyer-initiated cancellations that we honor are refunded less a 5% restocking fee. Orders cancelled by Dark Ecko Gaming are refunded in full. See our Refund Policy for details.

Giveaways

Giveaways held on our streams or community channels follow the rules announced for that giveaway. We may change or end a giveaway at any time.

Accounts and Conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your shipping address. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service to anyone who abuses the site, our streams or our community.

Third-Party Links

Our site links to third-party services such as YouTube, Twitch and Discord. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Ecko Gaming is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
